The Emirates Lawyers Association marked a notable presence at international legal forums through its participation in the opening ceremony of the 15th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, hosted by Abu Dhabi from September 26 to October 1, 2026.
 

The Association was represented at the opening ceremony by Mohammed Al Hadrami, Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Abu Dhabi Branch; Adel Fakher, Board Member and Head of the Media Center; and Sabiha Al Suraidi, Treasurer of the Administrative Committee of the Fujairah Branch.
 

The Association’s participation reflects its presence at international legal events and its commitment to following the latest developments in the fields of crime prevention and criminal justice, while strengthening communication and exchanging expertise with legal professionals and institutions from around the world.
 

The Association’s participation in this international Congress, which brings together officials, experts, and representatives of United Nations Member States, highlights the importance of the participation of UAE legal and professional institutions in international forums and their contribution to strengthening dialogue and cooperation in the fields of law, justice, and the rule of law.
 

The Emirates Lawyers Association continues to participate in legal events and international occasions, further enhancing its professional role and opening broader avenues for engagement with legal institutions and organizations at both the regional and international levels.
