The Second Kuwaiti Lawyers Conference – The Global Summit of Innovative Lawyers opened at the Courtyard Hotel in Kuwait City, with broad participation from lawyers and legal professionals across the Gulf and Arab countries. The conference aims to strengthen professional communication, facilitate the exchange of expertise, and discuss the latest developments in the legal profession.
 

The Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal participated in the conference, represented by its President, Legal Consultant / Zayed Saeed Al-Shamsi; Vice President of the Board of Directors, Dr. Hassan Matar Al-Riyami; and Lawyer / Adel Fakher, Board Member and Head of the Association’s Media Center. The Association’s participation reflects its commitment to strengthening its presence at Gulf and Arab legal forums and fostering cooperation with professional associations and legal institutions.
 

The conference’s third session featured Dr. Hassan Matar Al-Riyami, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal, who delivered a presentation entitled “How Technology Is Transforming the Operations of a Law Firm.” The presentation explored the role of technology in developing legal work environments, improving professional efficiency, and keeping pace with digital transformation in the legal sector.

As part of the conference proceedings, Lawyer / Adel Fakher presented a copy of his book, The Electronic Bill of Lading, to Dr. Khalid Al-Suwaifan, Chairman of the Kuwait Lawyers Association, on the conference stage. The presentation reflected the spirit of professional engagement and the exchange of specialized legal publications among lawyers.
